Our clients receive the personal attention of our Director of Probate Research, who will conduct a free evaluation of a specific case to give you an idea of how the research staff will proceed to prove your eligibility to inherit all or part of an estate.

Forensic Report & Documentation
Our clients receive a comprehensive report detailing the extent of our investigation, a genealogy chart that outlines the heirs, and all documents used to support our conclusions.

Fees
Sometimes a case can be solved in a few hours, but when the decedent had no children and had not been in touch with family members for decades, it will take considerably more time to identify his or her siblings, determine if they are living or deceased, and if deceased then identify their children. The Director of Probate Research will suggest a minimum retainer on a case by case basis.

Fees for Services
Probate Research	$75.00 per hour
Urgent Requests	$95.00 per hour

Expenses, such as copy costs, document fees, and national database use fees will be billed in additional to the fee for hourly research.
